Course Booking, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

To ensure every student receives the highest level of individual instruction, all HBS Academy training courses are intentionally limited to a maximum of three to four students per class. This allows our instructors to provide personalised guidance and hands-on support throughout the course.

As class sizes are extremely limited, each confirmed booking reserves one of only three or four available places. We therefore ask all students to carefully consider their availability and travel arrangements before confirming their booking.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
The deposit secures your place and allows us to reserve instructor time exclusively for your course.

Travel & Visa Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

A valid passport.
Any visas or travel authorisations required for entry into Thailand.
Appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements.

We recommend checking all travel requirements before confirming your booking.

Changes to Course Dates

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and, wherever possible, we will do our best to accommodate requests to transfer to another course date.

However, because our classes are limited to only three students and frequently become fully booked, date changes are subject to the following:

Requests made more than 30 days before the course start date will normally be accommodated without charge, subject to availability.
Requests made between 15 and 30 days before the course start date will be accommodated where possible, but are subject to available places.
Requests made within 14 days of the course start date may affect your deposit. At this stage we have usually declined other students and it is often not possible to fill the vacant place at short notice.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, where we are able to fill your reserved place with another student, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a transfer of your deposit to a future course.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In exceptional circumstances, we will always consider each situation fairly and sympathetically. Any decision to transfer a booking or deposit outside the above policy remains entirely at the discretion of Hyper Bag Spa Academy.

Our Commitment

Our aim is never to penalise students. These policies exist solely because our courses are delivered in very small groups to provide the highest possible standard of training. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Hyper Bag Spa Academy.
