I highly recommend Hyper Bag Spa in Bangkok! They did an amazing job restoring my Hermès Jypsière bag and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I’ve previously sent my bag to another restoration service but Hyper Bag Spa is by far the best. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. They took great care of my bag and kept me updated throughout the process.
I flew in from Australia and they made sure my bag was restored and delivered back to me on time before my departure which I really appreciated. Everything was handled professionally and exactly as promised.
Thank you to the entire Hyper Bag Spa team for looking after both me and my bag. I will definitely be sending more of my bags to you in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury bag restoration!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purse refurbishment from this company! I plan to tell all my international friends and family to bring their purses to Bangkok to have them professionally cleaned and repaired by this company! The price was super affordable, and because I was visiting for a month, I didn't need a priority spot.
(I will attach before and after pictures so you can see. Please note the difference of lighting as the photos were taken in different locations. I did not make any adjustments to the images 😁)
The staff I spoke with when dropping off my purse was very reassuring. She spoke really good English. I gave her my purse, Whatsapp number, we decided on a delivery date, and I was contacted when it was ready. The lady who coordinated for my purse drop off was super fab too! She also communicated lovely, and the driver arrived quickly after payment was made.
Before this full restoration, my Versace bag had sadly seen better days and if you looked at it, appeared worthless. But now it has been given a new life with a purpose, and people will definitely notice it and I'm sure make a positive statement! They were able to bring new life to a purse which might has otherwise ended up in the back of the closet never to be seen again.

I got my leather shoes repaired and the work turned out great. The stitching is neat, the finishing is impeccable, and they look brand new. The leather looks even better, and they're just as comfortable to wear as before. The repairman gave good advice, the service was friendly, the price was reasonable, and it didn't take long. I'm very impressed and will definitely use their service again for my next pair. Highly recommend!

They have 20+ years experience with all high-end brands in the fashion industry which gives assurance about their expertize.
For students seeking the knowledge and one of a kind artisan training: I underwent all 3 courses seeking a complete learning experience which I was not able to find in Europe (trust me I tried and searched for almost 6 months). They have developed very comprehensive and detailed training finalized with the Artisan certification at the very end. Pattita is great teacher, patient and very detail oriented, sharing her know-how and supporting you along the journey.
I wish there would be more professionals like her not being afraid to share 25+ years experience and let her legacy being present all around the globe.
